I did not receive any text messages (SMS).

 Please make sure you did not blocked KOK PLAY’s number on your phone.

**How to Check**

Android: Go to Messages > Press  :  sign at the top right > Setting > Block > Check Blocked Messages

IPhone: Go to Setting > Calls > Call blocking and Notifications

Blocking can vary based on what phone you have, so please check the method above.

If you have an application that blocks the spam, you might not get the message because of it.

If you followed the instruction and still not getting any messages, please contact or CS.
