If you do not see your deposit reflected in your wallet, please check whether it was sent through the ERC20 network. Funds sent through networks other than ERC20 are not supported on the KOK platform.
If you do not see the deposit despite it being sent through ERC20, please contact the customer center with a TXID (=Transaction ID) in text form. You may obtain the TXID (=transaction ID) by copy/pasting it from the withdrawal details on the exchange.
Please note that we are only able to check deposits made to your own account so if you have deposited funds into someone else’s account, the account owner must contact us him/herself.
